Family farming faces significant challenges in accessing larger markets due to a lack of logistics infrastructure, low bargaining power, and reliance on intermediaries that reduce their profit margin. AgroConecta emerges as an innovative solution by offering a digital platform that directly connects family farmers to large markets, supermarket chains, restaurants and end consumers, eliminating middlemen and providing greater profitability for producers. The objective of this work is to democratize the access of small producers to the market, providing fair prices and ensuring greater competitiveness in the agricultural sector. In addition, the platform seeks to optimize distribution logistics, improve product traceability, and offer technical training to farmers, promoting a more sustainable and efficient business model. To make this project viable, AgroConecta adopts a digital marketplace model, , in which farmers can register their products and negotiate directly with buyers. The platform has strategic partnerships to offer: integrated logistics, connecting producers to carriers and delivery cooperatives, certification of origin, ensuring traceability and quality of the products sold, technical training, through training on pricing, good agricultural practices and business management and accessible credit lines, in partnership with fintechs, to assist in the growth and modernization of rural properties. AgroConecta's revenue model is based on charging a small commission on transactions carried out on the platform, in addition to offering premium plans with additional benefits and on-demand logistics services. The implementation of the platform should generate several positive impacts, such as: increasing the income of small producers, reducing dependence on intermediaries, improving the distribution of Fresh and sustainable food for consumers and large chains, greater transparency in the supply chain, ensuring the quality and traceability of products, development of a more efficient logistics network, benefiting both farmers and buyers, strengthening family farming and encouraging sustainable production, promoting a more balanced market. AgroConecta represents an innovative and efficient solution to the challenges faced by family farmers in Brazil. With the implementation of the platform, it is expected to create a digital ecosystem that facilitates direct marketing, boosts the income of rural producers and boosts a more sustainable and accessible agriculture model. In addition, the project contributes to the reduction of food waste and strengthens the local economy, benefiting the entire agribusiness production chain.
