EXPERIENCE REPORT OF ACTIVE METHODOLOGY STRATEGY IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION COURSE AT UNIFIMES

Abstract

The summary highlights the importance of active methodologies as positive strategies for teachers' daily routines, emphasizing the variety of available methodologies. The aim of the study is to investigate the most used methods in classrooms and assess the impact of these techniques on students' learning levels by reporting the experiences of physical education teachers. It is concluded that all teachers who responded to the questionnaire use and succeed with active methodologies, which contributes to content retention by students.
