The study analyzes land conflicts between rural producers and Indigenous peoples in Brazil, intensified by the expansion of agribusiness, especially in the Amazon. Land grabbing and the illegal exploitation of natural resources exacerbate these disputes, causing social, cultural, and environmental impacts on Indigenous communities. Although the 1988 Constitution guarantees their territorial rights, delays in land demarcation and the legal uncertainty surrounding the "Marco Temporal" thesis hinder the protection of these lands. The study highlights the need to accelerate land regularization, strengthen oversight, and promote sustainable land use, balancing economic development with environmental preservation.
