SOLIDARY FRIEND PROJECT: A DIGITAL PLATFORM PROPOSAL FOR SECURE DONATIONS

Abstract

This study presents the proposal of the Amigo Solidário project, a digital platform designed to facilitate safe, accessible, and organized donations. The research aimed to analyze the main difficulties faced by donors and evaluate the acceptance of a technological solution to increase trust in the donation process. A structured questionnaire was applied to 69 participants, and the data were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results indicate that 62,3% of respondents face frequent difficulties when trying to donate, with the main concern being that items may not reach those who truly need them (62,3%). Additionally, 73,9% of participants believe that collection points facilitate the donation process. The proposal showed high acceptance, with 88,4% demonstrating potential interest in using the platform. It is concluded that implementing the system can significantly improve trust, organization, and efficiency in donations, promoting positive social impact.
