Organizational and Work Psychology has established itself as an essential field for understanding labor dynamics and their repercussions on individual subjectivity. In the agribusiness sector, characterized by high productivity and intense pressure for results, psychologists working in human resources occupy a paradoxical position: while they are responsible for people management and the promotion of well-being, they are also subject to institutional demands and organizational goals. In light of this, the present investigation aims to analyze how these professionals experience the dichotomies of pleasure and suffering at work, as well as their social representations regarding professional practice. This study highlights the need to expand the academic debate on the working conditions of these work, as well as their social representations regarding professional practice.
